More than knocking it down
Demolition is a process: utility disconnects confirmed, permits pulled where required, the structure dropped in a controlled way, debris sorted and hauled to the right facilities, and the hole filled and compacted so the ground is usable — not a soft grave of buried rubble. Buried demolition debris is illegal in most cases and a nightmare for whoever builds there next. We haul it out.

What happens after it's down
Foundations get dug out — not buried — and the excavation gets backfilled in compacted lifts with clean fill. If you're rebuilding on the spot, we can take the site straight into pad construction. If you're clearing for resale or farmland, we finish grade and seed so it looks like the building was never there.
